In 1976 I began working as a realtor in my family's company. In 1981 I moved into lending. I have worked through fixed-rate markets of 18.00% to 4.00% and have adjusted to each market turn keeping my level of service constant. As the economy makes another shift, you will find my experience to be a great advantage.
I began doing Benicia mortgages in 1989. As a Mortgage Broker, I am not tied to any one lender or program. I can do loans in a number of states and I have loans for anything from vacant land to commercial property.
