Thank you for your interest in Advanced Mortgage Services.

Since it is unusual for me to actually meet my internet clients, I offer the following as an introduction and the basis upon which I founded the company.

I entered the real estate industry in the fall of 1978 in land and subdivision sales. In 1981 I received my broker's license. I was in property sales and management at a number of companies until I entered the mortgage business in the fall of 1986.

I worked as a loan officer and subsequently became a principal in a Walnut Creek, CA. mortgage brokerage in March of 1988. In March of 1993 I broke off from my partners and founded Advanced Mortgage Services. I am dedicated to assisting people from all walks of life obtain the best financing that suits their particular needs and financial goals.

I am a member and past president of the Rotary Club of Benicia, California. I apply Rotary's "Four Way Test" to my business interactions:

1. Is it the truth?
2.
Is it fair to all concerned?
3.
Will it build good will and better friendships?
4.
Is it beneficial to all concerned?

I am a member and past director of the Chamber of Commerce, a past director of the Solano Association of Realtors,  past member of the Benicia Economic Development Board,  charter member of the Rotarians Against Substance Abuse Foundation, past Chairman of the Planning Commission for the City of Benicia, and a soccer coach and referee.  I am currently Vice Mayor for the City of Benicia.

Sincerely,

Alan M. Schwartzman
